Week 1 – Where are you and where do you want to go?
- We'll assess where you are now and what is holding you back
- You'll learn how to set realistic goals that you'll actually stick to
Week 2 – Getting your diet back on track
- You'll learn what you should be eating every day now you have a sleeve
- Try a 7-day meal plan, as well as other tips and tricks to make meal planning easy
Week 3 – Getting your eating habits back on track
- Now you know what to eat, we'll focus on how to eat for long term success
- You'll learn about mindful eating and how to deal with emotional eating if you feel the urge
Week 4 - Getting your movement back on track
- You'll learn about the different types of exercise and what you need to be doing each week
- You'll also learn how to actually make this happen and adapt to your needs and life so it fits
Week 5 - Dealing with setbacks or self-sabotage
- Do you sabotage your own efforts or "fall off the wagon" when things go wrong? We'll dig into why this might be and how you can deal with it when it happens (or better yet, prevent it before it does!)
Week 6 - Staying on track!
- We'll look at how to make these new habits you've been working on each week stick!
